What happens if my application is denied by the government?
In the event that your application is denied by government authorities, you will receive a full refund of the fees paid to FMMMX.
If my order has already been processed, am I still able to request a refund?
In the event of needing a refund on an order which has already been accepted and processed please contact us at enquiries@fmmmx.com so that your application can be reviewed to identify if a partial refund can be processed.
How long will I have to wait for a response from FMMMX customer services?
The estimated response time for your request will be a maximum of 24 hours.
How long does it take it to process?
If you have purchased a standard service,your order will be processed 30 days prior to your arrival date. Your confirmation email will include the date you will be able to download your FMM card from our portal. If your order has not been processed, you are eligible for a full refund.
If you have purchased our priority service, your order will be processed within 1hour. If you request a refund and this has been processed, we may be able to offer a partial refund which will also include an administration charge.
